How does the delivery work?

The customer places an order on our website indicating the date, time, delivery address, name and mobile phone of the recipient. On the day of delivery, the operator contacts the recipient to agree on the time and delivery address. If you are sure that the recipient will be at the specified address at the specified time and there is no need to contact him in advance, please write about this in the note to the order. After the courier hands over the order to the recipient, the customer will receive a notification letter that the order has been delivered to the email address specified when placing the order. In case of impossibility / refusal of the recipient to receive delivery, the customer is notified to agree on further actions.
Delivery is made on condition of complete anonymity. FlowerKiss does not disclose customer data to the recipient. If you want the recipient to know who the sender is – please let us know by signing in the postcard! The text of the postcard can be entered by filling out the order form when placing it. The postcard is free.
